The psychiatric hospital on Orlí has always been a strange place. Lately, however, it's been going beyond the tolerable limit. Several patients have disappeared without a trace and Alois Los, who managed to escape from the hospital, is clear - unauthorized experiments on humans are occurring there and the hospital needs to be shut down. Nobody believes him, though, he's a lunatic after all. Pretend you're patients, outsmart the staff, infiltrate among the hospitalized and find out what's really happening behind the hospital's walls.
